Earned, not given: How to get a thigh gap?
So I see a lot of people talking about how you need to starve to get a thight gap, and thats NOT true (thigh gab is a genetic thing, but you can make your thighs tighter) so here you go some exercises that you need to do daily to get one:
LATERAL LUNGE
Stand with your feet spaced hip-width apart and toes pointing forward. Extend your arms out in front of you and engage your core muscles. Start by lunging to the right with your right leg while keeping your left leg straight. Control your body weight to the right and softly plant your foot on the floor. Continue to lower your body into a squat by driving your hips backward and flexing at your right knee. Once your knee reaches a 90-degree bend, return to the starting position by pushing off of your right foot to lunge your body back. Continue on your left side by lunging to the left with your left leg.
POWER PLIE SQUATS
Stand with your feet side by side and extend your arms out in front of you to help with balance. Contract your core muscles to stabilize your spine. Jump up and spread your legs wider than hip-width in midair. Land softly on the balls of your feet and continue to lower your body into a plie squat by bending your knees. Once you reach a 90-degree bend at both knees, powerfully jump back up and bring your feet back together before landing in the starting position. To lessen the impact, slightly bend your knees as you come into contact with the floor.
LATERAL SHUFFLE
Stand with your feet spaced wider than hip-width apart with your toes facing forward. Extend your arms out in front of you for balance. Drop down into a half squat and engage your core to keep your torso upright. Without lifting out of the squat, shuffle your body to the right by jumping your left foot in toward your right foot and then immediately jumping your right foot out to the right. Continue to shuffle to the right for at least 10 steps and then shuffle left by leading with your right foot.
At the beggining you will get exhausted very easily, so just let your body get used to work outs like this and it won't get exhausted very easily and don't forget that FOOD = FUEL, you won't get there by starving yourself :)

DIY: Sugar body scrub
Trying new things is one of my favourite things to do, so today I decided to make myself a scrub it took me about 2 minutes and when I washed my skin with that... ohh boy, it felt amazing! To make your own body scrub follow these easy steps:
Why lemon and oil?
Lemon - naturally brighten your skin and fades scars as well. If your skin is oily, lemon juice may be applied to your face to reduce the oiliness. The citric acid contained in lemon juice works as a mild skin peel by removing the outermost layer of your skin
Oil - good for the skin. Using extra virgin olive oil works as an amazing and inexpensive moisturizer for your skin day and/or night.
Let's get started!
Place two tablespoons of sugar (or salt) to a cup.
Place half that amount of oil ( in this case 1 spoon). You can also use baby oil.
Then take lemon and squeeze a bunch of juice in your cup. (if you are allergic to lemons you can just do it with the sugar and olive oil).
Then mix everything with a spoon.
Don't freak out if the sugar settles to the bottom. It's virtually impossible to keep it mixed. So it took me about 2 minutes to make, I only made enough scrub for one time in the shower, but you can make a bunch of it to last you longer and if you do, don't forget to put it in the fridge.

Earned, not given #1
I'm starting a series of posts about health and fitness. I hope it will help you! First you need to understand that wight loss is not the most important goal, so you should throw away your scale and start exercising! Why?
Exercise boost brainpower; Movement melts away stress; Exercise gives you energy; Exersice helps ward off diseas; Fitness pumps up your heart; Exercise lets you eat more
Develop a healthy and personalized meal plan
Plan your meals in advance
Keep a food diary (it’s very impostant, because you will see how much junk food you eat)
Watch your portion sizes
Don’t skip meals
Try to not snack
Drinking water instead of soda, coffee, alcohol, juice, or milk may help you cut hundreds of calories per day
Avoid tempting grocery aisles
Prepare your meals at home it’s better than going to Mc
Make time for exercise
Choose workouts that require your entire body to exert an effort
Get enough rest (BEAUTY SLEEP, YES!)
- Identify your source of motivation and your ultimate weight loss goals. Try writing down the exact reasons that stimulate you to reduce your weight so that you have a constant visual reminder of your goals, and be confident that you can succeed.
- Choose specific goals and cross them off a list as you achieve them. This will allow you to see regular progress while still keeping the main objective in mind. Putting up a picture of yourself on the refrigerator from thinner days may remind you that every time you drop a pants size, you are getting one step closer to both the old and new you.
- Remember that healthy weight loss takes effort, dedication, and consistency. Staying focused on your motivation can make it much easier to turn down the chocolate cake to go for a jog. Similarly, keep in mind that one mistake doesn’t mean you have failed. If you have taken a step backwards, re-center yourself and get right back into the habit of following your plans.

New in: clothing and "Life of Pi"
As I promised on twitter, here are some things that I bought yesterday!
All tops from Lindex
"Life of Pi"
Picture from Tumblr
As you may already know, I'm a big movie geek, so the minute I saw trailer of "Life of Pi" my mum and I decided to not wait for anything and just go to cinema. And it was so worth it. This was probably the most beautiful movie I have ever seen. THAT is how you adapt a book into a movie. It was so visually beautiful and the end of the movie and the message, so well done. I highly recommend it!
“The thing I like best about movies is that you’re telling stories. You’re dreaming all these dreams and it’s not just you - it’s like, the entire crew - everybody comes with their own little skills, their own little dreams and you form this big one and then you just send it out into the world and maybe, if you get lucky, it’ll touch someone’s heart.” - Suraj Sharma. It definitely touched my!

DIY: studded collars | Part I
Hey, guys! I was cleaning my closet and found so many shirts that I don't wear anymore, so I thought I will use it to make this lovely and edgy accessory. It's a great way to spice your outfit a little bit and it's very easy to make. So let's get started!
You'll need:
A collared shirt.
Metal studs - You can often find them at trimming stores, or online. Make sure you get the kind of studs that have metal spikes on the ends that can be folder over with pliers.
Scissors
Start of by cutting all the collars from your shirts. Cut just below the area where the collar is sewed on.
Then take your studs that have a metal spikes on the back. Then take your collar and poke the studs through the fabric and fold down the studs' spikes making them flat agains the fabric.
Poke as many studs as you want to create a unique design.
